The Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the Practice. If you have any queries or suggestions please phone 01452 891110.
Assistant Practice Manager
We have a team of 10 receptionists at the Practice who are here to help you. The receptionist is usually your first point of contact and in most cases will be able to help with your query. Anything that is discussed with a receptionist is treated with the strictest confidence.
Antenatal clinics are run in the Practice on a Wednesday Afternoon.
if arranged with your midwife they may ask to see you in clinics outside the surgery throughout the week.
The Practice has a team of District Nurses attached to it who support the doctors by providing care to patients in their own homes. The District Nurses look after patients who are unable to attend the Practice.
Because the nurses work out in the Community their calls are recorded on an answer machine, which is normally responded to within 2 hours. If you need to contact the District Nurses please call them on 0300 421 6071
